Connecting families with the resources they need in the greater Houston area
The Family and Youth Services and Supports program connects households in the greater Houston area with services focused on meeting their basic needs.
This program will focus primarily on connecting individuals and families with three resource types:
Services are designed to help meet the needs of families by connecting them to resources in their communities. Whether the need is parenting education, illness, conflict, school difficulties, or any challenge, households can turn to us, and we will make sure they are connected to the proper resources to meet their unmet basic needs.
Families and youth who participate in our program will be paired with a dedicated service coordinator.
Our coordinators are experts in community resources and will guide families through the service coordination process to ensure they receive the support they need.
Please contact us so that our team can connect you to services and resources in your area.
Any individual in the greater Houston area needing assistance with crisis pregnancy, foster care, or other community services is eligible.
Households must reside in one of the following counties: Austin, Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Liberty, Montgomery, or Waller.
Available services and resources may vary by county.
